The Spring Sampler will again be in the Young Building at the ESE.

Please note that we have a new artist referral form that can be dowloaded and sent in. Successfully referring an artist can entitle you to discounts and show perks. We are working on an online form but for now you can dowload and mail in our Referral.pdf

To request an application by mail or to mail in slides, please send a legal-sized self-addressed envelope with 63 cents postage to: PO Box 323 Deerfield, MA 01342-0323

For Specialty Food Vendors accepted into the Spring or Christmas Show you must fill out and mail in (to the West Springfield Board of Health) a Temporary Food Permit along with a fee of $25 for each show you have been accepted to in West Springfield (i.e. if you have been accepted at both the Spring and Christmas Show you need to mail in 2 forms and $50).

From Eastern Mass via Mass Pike: west to Exit 4, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile
From Albany Area via Mass Pike: east to Exit 4, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile
From Connecticut via I-91: north to Exit 3 to Rt. 5 north to Rt. 147, west 1 mile ... or north to Exit 3, follow Rt. 57 west to Rt. 159, north to Rt. 147 east
From Vermont, New Hampshire via I-91: south to Exit 13B, south on Rt. 5 to Rt. 147, west 1 mile.
